Introduction:
Our guest today is Dr. Al Siebert. He is director of the Resiliency Center, and author of the award-winning book The Resiliency Advantage. He also wrote The Survivor Personality, which has been translated into seven languages. He is an ex-paratrooper with a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Michigan. He is quoted in many articles and books about resiliency and has been a guest on OPRAH , NPR, and many other TV and radio interview shows.
